发卡

POST

/card-products/10010105/cards/create

提交一张或多张卡片的发卡申请。建议先调用开卡预检；返回的批次 ID 可用于查询任务进度及明细。

调用要求：使用 SDK 加密调用，算法为 RSA-OAEP-AES-256-GCM。

本接口要求幂等键，重试同一业务操作时复用原值。

常见错误

错误码	触发条件
`VALIDATION.INVALID_PARAMETER`	`cardCount` 无效，或开卡设置不受产品支持、不允许自定义。
`RESOURCE.NOT_FOUND`	卡产品组、产品分配关系或对应币种的钱包不存在。
`REQUEST.CONFLICT`	卡产品未启用。
`REQUEST.CONFLICT`	同一幂等请求仍在处理中，或幂等键已用于不同请求。
